Yes, I was a bit confuse for the ending parts of the sentence. I thought it was like "My Love, dream of me!" or " Dream of me, my love!"

Thanks for correcting smile

I think in a literaly translate:
"My love, you stole my heart. My love, my heart is belong to you, my love dreams of you, love"

In spanish:
"Tu me robaste mi corazon, mi amor, mi corazon te pertenece. Mi amor suena contigo, amor"

You know in english, maybe the translation that explain better the expresion : My love is My darling.
Because in spanish we say : Mi amor,... mi vida... mi cielo... mi corazon...that is to say somebody that you really love ( not always with romantic love, but in this sentence, with romantic love, no doubt)
But in the last sentence: Mi amor suena contigo, amor. The expresion : My love does not have the same meanning ( a person that you love) the meannig is your love, like a feeling ... my love... to say... my feelings for you ...something like my love's feeling for you dreams of you, darling ( love) .
I hope this help you a little.

well, in my opinion:

my love, you stole my heart. my heart belongs to you my love, dream of me, (my)love.

Tu me robaste el corazon, mi amor. Mi corazon te pertenece (mi corazon pertenece a ti), mi amor. Suena conmigo amor.

ps.
another opinion, please?
anyone please correct me if i made mistakes
