If it's by itself, it could be "Que tonto" which is "How silly/foolish"

Whatever you do, avoid walking up to pretty women and saying that and "¿Cuanto cuesta? Watched a buddy of mine do it, and results and not so great. jajajaja!

Que tanto can mean:
How much - Que tanto cuesta/pesa? How much does it cost/weigh?
How long - Que tanto tiempo ha sido...? How lon has it been..?
