'Haber' : 1st, 2nd and 3rd person (present tense)

I have looked at the conjugation page link text to find out the singular and plural for 1st, 2nd and 3rd person for 'Haber'. I can't figure out which is which so could anyone please provide me with these?

Singular 1. he 2. has 3. ha,hay
Plural 1. hemos 2.habéis 3.han

Hay is not really part of the conjugation hay means there is or there are It comes from the verb haber but could be confusing to some people here - FELIZ77, May 11, 2011
That's correct. 'Hay' means 'is there?/there is' in ¿Hay una farmacia por aquí? Or in 'hay que' + infinitive ( one must, one has to) as in 'Hay que estudiar....' - GerdaD, May 11, 2011

Thanks, and also...does anyone know the difference between Present and Present subjunctive? (He and Haya ??) ??
