Costa Blanca - dialect

Another quick question about Spanish dialects. Does the Torrevieja area have any distinct language or dialect issues, or is 'standard' Spanish spoken there?

I used to go there often, pretty standard, some people may speak valenciano, but that is not common, in any case, you will find people from all over Spain there, it is a very busy tourist region, good weather guaranteed!! wink

When I saw a post earlier about South East Spain speaking differently (7 or 8 vowel sounds! I thought......Oh no!!!! lol)
