Esta es la respuesta que normalmente doy a mis alumnos a tu pregunta: este, esta, esto - this ese, esa, eso, aquel, aquello, aquello - that

estos, estos - these esos, esas, aquellos, aquellas - those

Todos estos terminos pueden ser determinantes demostrativos (+ nombre) o pronombres demostrativos ( cuando no están seguidos de un nombre) Espero ser de ayuda a todos, un saludo
