Not to be picky... ok maybe a little... 
But it is Canadá, and not Cánada.
Ella es de Canadá. Él es de Canadá.

Please reformulate your question, as it does not make much sense...
Ella or él es canadiense = She/he canadian.
Ella or él es de Cánada = She/he is from Canada
Is that what you wanted to know?
