I'm having an argument with someone about what does "Siente que (ud.) tenga tantos problemas" means so please any help with resolving this?

I think it means 'He/she feels that you have many problems'. If it was 'siento', it would be 'I feel...'. Hope this helps...

Lo siento: I'm sorry.
Siento que tenga tantos problemas = Lamento que tenga tantos problemas.
I'd try to translate it but I would not do well.
In that sentence, He's sorry for him.
