Word order for questions about subject pronouns!
¿Cómo está usted? ¿De dónde eres tu?
I got these -- the Subject Pronoun comes after. Does this also go for questions that don't begin with "question words" and are deciphered as questions or regular sentences based on tone, or are these correct?
¿Tu quires ir conmigo? ¿Ustedes han terminado?
Gracias!

¿Tu quieres ir conmigo?
That 'tú' is contrastive. i.e. "you, not the other guys" (whoever they are). Normally, you'd just say "¿Quieres venir conmigo?" The "tú" at the end sounds as if you forgot to make the constrast you vs. the other guys, but it doesn't sound too good. Also, "venir" implies either "here" or "with me", so "venir" sounds like a perfect match, instead of "ir", which sounds unusual.
¿Ustedes han terminado?
While it is possible, it is more common to say "¿Han terminado (ustedes)?"
