What does Qué talca! mean?

My friend in Chile texted me this phrase and it is not in the translator. I'm guessing it means "how cool" in Chileno. Any help from my beautiful Spanishdict community of friends?

It means ¿Qué tal? and they add that "ca" at the end. Talca is a city.

Yup, and when someone says "de tal palo, tal astilla" instead we say "de tal palo, talcahuano" another city. :) - chileno, May 7, 2011
