Listening comprehension, everybody invited, for Students of English: Neighbours
This exercise is for learners of the English language. While we think it is fairly easy I'll let you be the judge of whether it is beginner or intermediate.
This, like Heidita's, is a listen then fill in the blanks challenge. It really is a "no brainer" 
for English natives so please let the others have first shot at it.

Hmm it looks like a ……….. a Kayak and a surfboard. You say you stand on it?
You got it. Check out the paddle, ……….. long. You ride the board on either flat water or in the surf.

The two ……….. pick up the surfboard and bring it over to the van.
Wow! this thing is light.
I know; it only weighs ………….. I should be able to do this myself when I get to the beach.

Sure thing, but what the heck is it? Well it's called a “stand up Paddleboard" Hmm it looks like a crash between a Kayak and a surfboard. You say you stand on it? You got it. Check out the paddle, 7 feet long. You ride the board on either flat water or in the surf. Beautiful wood work on the paddle Gary. Where did you get it? Thanks, I made it. Well I’m impressed The two buddies pick up the surfboard and bring it over to the van. Wow! this thing is light. I know; it only weighs 40 pounds, I should be able to do this myself when I get to the beach. Is it hard to maneuver?? Huh! I'll soon find out. I just got it and haven't tried it out yet. They tie it securely to the roof of the van. Thanks Frank. No problem. Hey, how's your floor tile job going? I am just getting back into it today. In fact I have some adhesive ready now.
