Use of subjunctive?
I am translating this pledge to Spanish and I am really unsure about if and where I should use subjunctive. Help! Here is the English and my attempt. Any feedback greatly welcomed!
I pledge to BE me… not who I’m told I SHOULD be. I pledge to see others for who they ARE… not as I’m told they SHOULD be. I pledge to see my world… not as it IS, but as it COULD be. I pledge to stop stereotypes.
Prometo ser quien soy….no quien otros dicen que SEA Prometo ver a las personas por quienes son…no como otros dicen que SEAN Prometo ver a mi mundo..no como es, pero como PUDIERA ser. Prometo parar los estereotipos

Prometo ser yo..no quien me dicen que debería ser. Prometo ver a los otros por quienes son...no por lo que me dicen que deberían ser. Prometo ver mi mundo no como es, sino como pudiera/podría ser. Prometo parar lo stereotipos.
I'll take that pledge, it's a good one! 
After verbs of communication, like decir, used as such and without negation, you'll use indicative in the subordinate. However, decir itself in this case can be subjunctive (digan), if you don't already have the specifics in mind about what they (may) say.
For example: "no como otros digan que son". If you use sean instead, decir will be used as a verb of influence - in this case other people demand that they be a certain way.
I'd use "podría" in your last sentence.

I would say this just as you have with the exception of "Prometo parar a los estereotipos."
Subjuctive is many times in the mind of the speaker. Some would argue that your phrases with subjunctive should be indicative as well, showing that others truly believe what they say, but in this case I would think it is important to show that your thoughts about yourself are more real and accurate than the thoughts of others.
Just noted: a before mi mundo is not necessary, and "pudiera" should be podría.
