what is the best way of learning this language

Hi and welcome to the forum.
This question has been asked many times in many ways, please do a forum search and come back with any further questions that you may have.
The question is several emoticons put together? Emoticons speak a language that is largely subjective and the best way to communicate using emoticons is to try to narrow down your own personal meanings for each one and hope that others may clearly understand which emoticon means what you are trying to express. What i am saying is... don't overdo it with the emoticons --maybe one or two maximum per message, lest the remainder become lost in translation.
Emoticons are like pizza toppings. There are the classics with only one or two toppings, the deluxes or meat/vegetable lovers' pizzas with a bunch of similar toppings, and then my personal favorite: a veggie pizza with two extra meat toppings added on.
Your post is like a meat lover's pizza, with basil, eggplant, and artichoke hearts added on.
