I would say quida is a misspelling not of quita, but of cuida.

¿Sabes tú? Tu eres mi tesoro. Pero cuida lo que tienes, porque se te va.

You know what? You are my treasure (you are the most important thing to me). But take care of what you have...because it will go away (from you).

Because of the spelling mistake, it´s hard to know exactly what is meant but I think Deanski´s guess of "cuida" is good. The last part however "porque se te va" should be "because it will leave you."
