Capitalizing the annual income at the 10% capitalization rate applicable to the case, gives a total capitalization index of monthly income.
That makes little sense to me, so you should wait on a native.
un índice is mistyped and you are missing several tildes. No "a" on the end of mensual when modifying a feminine noun.
