I am wondering it is correct? or not?
"Los ingredientes que lleva la col, la pimienta roja y la sal son el Kimchi."
(Kimchi is traditional Korean food)

Hmmm, probably you wanted to say:
the ingredients of Kimchi are....??
In this case, it works the other way round:
"El Kimchi lleva como ingredientes: col, pimienta roja y la sal "
Would that be red pepper?
