why i can't use the chat function? everytime i press the chat button, and login , the website just show something else.... Can anyone help me with this ???

Are you being redirected to the home page? Has your account (email address) been verified? What is being shown?

Maybe the problem is that you haven't verified your account yet, that's why you can't use the chat
