Gives: acción de clase, demanda de clase, demanda de grupo, juicio con litisconsorcio necesario
This thread likes: demanda colectiva
but gives "demanda conjunta" and "pleito de clase" as other options.
There are more google hits for "acción de clase" than "demanda colectiva".
Perhaps someone more familiar with legal terms could comment.
