Here is the paragraph that it came from:
It would be nice to think that you could speak continuously at the same rate of speed without occasionally having a memory lapse. But people don't even speak that way in English. And believe me, when speaking Spanish, you're going to have memory lapses, false starts, and vapor locks. So be prepared: ¿Cómo se dice? Es que… A ver… Es que… Es que… ¿Cómo se dice?

A memory lapse is a temporary inability to recall information. Also known as a "brain freeze".
