I encounterd a saying today that I found humorous.

have you heard this one:

Yes it's very common here and it seems that means what Julián says, btw it doesn't need the comma.

Ok, since it is a saying, sometimes a literal translation is not the best option, that's why I think that Julian's phrase fits here, but I'll try to explain it.

First, the literal translation is: Since when the ducks shoot to the shotguns.

And this is used, for example, when an employee yells at his boss or when a child tries to say something inappropriate to his mom etc., in that case, the boss or the mom would say the phrase.
