Rewards cards

I work in retail and my store has a Rewards Card program and a product replacement plan. I have three things that I have to ask often of my Spanish-speaking customers.

"Do you have a Rewards Card?"

"You have (ie,: 1 dollar) on your Rewards Card. Would you like to spend or save your rewards?"

And

"Would you like to purchase a replacement plan for this item?"

I put them into a translator, but I am not sure that it was adequate as the customers don't seem to understand. The Rewards card translated to ' tarjeta de recompenses'.

Yes! Tarjeta de recompensas is correct smile So, you can say ¿Tiene tarjeta de recompensas? PD Nice job at your Flashcards!

I looked on a few of the sites that offer credit cards with Rewards programs and the «Rewards» name seems to be part of the trademark or copyrighted name for the credit card. As such it would not be translated.
