Clear searches?

When I go to the Answers part of SpanishDict, there is a search engine under ask a question. I've done a lot of searches and now when I double click in the search engine a whole list of what I've searched drops down. Is there any way I can clear/delete them? Please and thank you for any contributions and answers given!(:

**Note: I have Google Chrome.

Well that's easy, simply stand on one of those suggestions and click the ''delete''' button on your key board keep clicking on it until all the suggestions disappear wink

Well, that is certainly a less drastic solution :) - Izanoni1, Apr 30, 2011

"stand" is strange here. Perhaps, "stop on one of them" or "highlight one of them" - samdie, May 1, 2011

If you're using firefox, you can click on tools, clear recent history, and then click the box that says Form & Search history smile. I think that should work, but it will get rid of the searches you've done on everything, not just on SpanishDict raspberry.

It's similar on Chrome, if you find your browsing history (control + h) and then click "clear all browsing data" it will pop up a box with the similar options to the ones on firefox smile.

To clear out your browser (If you are on Firefox), you can hit

Ctrl + Shift + delete

...but just be aware that this will clear any other search history as well, including recently visited web sites
