Where can i go and talk to a Spanish speaker without annoying others if my Spanish is not perfect? I'm looking for like a website or a penpal program on the computer would be helpful if it is possible.

You need to state wherther you are looking for a free site or if you are willing to pay for more individualized and professional service. Most chat sites have private rooms so you needn't worry about bothering others in an open chat. Most language sites have forums where you can advertise for penpals and there are pay sites for finding penpals similar to dating sites (you are paying to access their database). You need to provide any requirements that you have concerning age range, gender, special interest, dialects, your level of proficienty, goals, etc. One of the most successful ways to find a penpal, etc. is to be willing to trade lessons in your native tongue for instruction in the other person's native language. Of course, that means that you must have a minimal command on your native language in order to instruct someone trying to learn it.
