Nothing really. Spanish is a beautiful language.
If you find yourself hating a language, you might want to question both your methodology and motivation for learning. One or both of these might be the actual cause for such feelings (and not the language itself).
I hate that I didn't get to learn it when I was three years old.
Everybody seems to hate the subjunctive - but I like it. Only I get distracted by so many other basic concerns of expression, vocabulary, and basic grammar, that I often forget to feel the subjunctive mood. I hope that comes easier later on.
This thread exemplifies the opposite attitude that successful polyglot recommend in order to learn languages: to enjoy the language, using it as much as possible. Instead of doing that, let's spend a lot of time feeling self pity and reinforcing the idea that learning Spanish is an unattainable goal. A very productive activity.
Good luck!
The subjunctive of course.
If only Spanish had some Modals.
Update
This is what I found for Spanish Modals
They look like normal verbs to me.
I cannot think of anything I hate about the Spanish language - it is a beautiful language with many many attractive qualities - but there are some things I find frustrating about it which include
1 Grappling with use of the subjunctive - mostly imperfect subjunctive (occasionally present subjunctive: when/when not to use it!)
2 Learning formal ways of expressing the language in order to help people here with writing something for a formal document
3 Having/needing to learn specialist words eg jargon in addition to the vast everyday vocabulary that GuitarWarrior has already mentioned
4 Learning to use complex verb constructions
eg a) Habría hecho la misma (cosa) = I would have done the same (thing)
b) Debería haber recordado llamar a mi madre por teléfono para decirle, ''¡Feliz cumpleaños!''
= I should have remembered to call my mother to say, ''Happy Birthday''

There are not enough pictures of hot women on the site. Now, all the women who have posted pictures are extreemly hot, but we just need more of them.
I don't really hate anything about it... I have trouble with some conjugations still, mainly future tense... but I actually love Spanish and everything (especialmente las latinas) that comes with it. ![]()
I hate the irregular verbs!!! in every tense!!!
Well... I guess I just have to learn them.![]()

I find it difficult to remember the verb conjugations when I am speaking, I am getting there slowly in written work as I have more time to think then.
I hate that I am not fluent in it yet ![]()
What I don't like most is learning vocab. Grammar has a pretty finite set of rules to remember as compared to the numerous specific words to memorize in vocab. What's worse is... by the end of the day, I forget some of the words!
I love the Spanish language in every way!!! The only thing I hate is the fact that I am not fluent yet!!! ![]()

I would not say "hate" in my case, but I have some troubles with pronouns. All of them sound for me like a nice spanish song "le-lo-la-les"
so far. ![]()
I quite dislike using the wrong word at the wrong time. For instance, saying "tengo hombre" instead of "tengo hambre". Quite embarrasing actually!! ![]()
