"Es posible que..." ¿una excepción al subjuntivo?

am I saying that I doubt that you have written it?

I seriously dispute that so-called "rule", since it miserably fails in the sentence I've just provided.

I'm almost positive that in this context you would use "entiende," but I'm curious to see the other answers because I've been wondering this same thing!
