En este caso, diría en ingles, "accessories". Accesories quiere decir carteras, anillos, aretes, etc. que usan las mujeres para su 'look' o atuendo.
In this case, I would say, accessories. This means purses, rings, earrings, etc. that women use for their 'look' or outfit.
