¿Tienes que trabajar en sabado? Bueno, tienes un descanso.
Are you working on Saturday (my colleague, may be working!) have a good break anyway.

I'm not native so I can't tell you for definite but I think it should be:
¿Tienes que trabajar el sábado? Bueno, que tengas un buen descanso.

I believe you can also leave off the "un", so it could also be: "Bueno, que tengas buen descanso." - Azabache, Apr 28, 2011

HI wanna, well, that sounds weird, so he is working and you are telling him have a nice rest? I don't understand.
In any case:
¿Trabajas el sábado? Bueno, de todas formas que te lo pases bien, que descanses.
