"Solamente pensaba en tí" or "solamente estaba pensando en tí"
Don't hesitate to translate the "to be" verb directly, it's ok here. "sobre" is less correct than "en". Sorry for my poor explanation.

A Cuban friend says "te traje con el pensamiento", which I think is a nice way of putting it.

Sólo does not show concordance (gender or number) because it is an adverb, not an adjective.
