I have a question. Are the adjectives plural in spanish?
I'm studying preposition at the moment and I have sentence - Esas abuelas están enferma -- and I don't know, if I shouldn't use enfermas.
Thank you..

The adjectives are plural if the noun/pronoun that they are modifying is plural. Adjectives must show agreement in numbers and gender with the noun that they modify.
So, yes, in your sentence it should be enfermas.
Adjectives must agree with the noun (or pronoun) they describe in gender and in number to show which noun they are describing.
Yes, you should use enfermas in this case. Enferma would apply if there were only one sick grandma.
