The whole sentence is "Yo era de esos que quería organizar mi vida y crecer lo más rápido posible para disfrutar mi carrera y pasámela cantando sobre el escenario." I just dont understand the beginning. Thanks!

The beginning: It should be "Era uno de esos ........" I was one of those ...........

Something along the lines of:
I was from those that wanted to organize my life and grow the fastest possible in order to enjoy my career and enjoy myself singing on the stage.
That's my best guess
