Which Spanish dictionary is the best?

I have a test next month and my teacher said you are allowed to bring up to 40 words (what I am writing about) and a dictionary. I wanted to find a dictionary which has accurate meanings and with the past, present and future tense.

For a Spanish only dictionary I prefer the " El pequeno Larousse".
