Hello,

The complete phrase is : If you were to change your mind then the opportunity to go to the gym would still exist.

I would usually in English just say: If you change your mind then the opportunity still exists. But in Spanish I have a feeling that it wouldn't work. Please correct me if i'm wrong and any answer is appreciated. Thank you.

"If you were to change your mind" is subjunctive, so it must be "Si cambiaras tu pensamiento/manera de pensar/opinión."

It'd sound correct to me. "Si cambias de opinión…" which is basically "If you change your mind". I'd definitely use that in my conversations.

If you were to change your mind then the opportunity to go to the gym would still exist.

If you were to change your mind then the opportunity to go to the gym would still exist.
