What does manya mean?

In this funny youtube video about Uruguay it says... "Todo uruguay es manya, mi familia es manya" So... I can't find a meaning anywhere for this, is it slang, is it spelled wrong?

If you spell it "maña" you should be able to find it in the dictionary. It means "odd quirk" or "skill"

In fact, this is not the correct translation. "El Manya" is a nickname for the Uruguayan football team Peñarol. The supporters are also commonly known as manyas. So "Todo uruguay es manya, mi familia es manya" means something along the lines of "The whole country of Uruguay are manyas (=Peñarol supporters), my whole family are manyas."
