Hola!

Recurro a Ud. *Le recurro. Te entregaron a él.

2') Me corrió.

I would recommend that you put the English equivalents to the sentences in your question. Without knowing the English equivalent it is hard to follow if the "a" is being used as a personal "a" or a preposition with the verb llegar. Likewise, "se" has so many uses it's hard to know if it is passive voice se, reflexive se, indirect object se, or if the le is the indirect object pronoun or whethere you are using a leísmo. You have both intransitive and transitive verbs so it gets confusing.

The fact that the sentences are so terse makes it even more difficult.

It appears to be an intriguing question, but I think that I will need all the help that I can get to understand the answer.
