Avergüenzo -- Pronounciation Help

I'd like to be sure that I am pronouncing the conjugations of avergonzar correctly. Help would be greatly appreciated!

The diaeresis (¨) on top of the u means that you have to pronounce it, because in the sequences "gue" and "gui", the u is silent, because it only indicates that the g has a soft sound, as opposed to the Spanish j sound.

So, pronounce an Spanish a, then a Spanish v (or b), then a Spanish e, then a Spanish r, then a Spanish g, then w, then a Spanish e, then a Spanish n, then a Spanish z (either pronunciation), and then a Spanish o. In other words, read letter by letter and put them all together (ua, ue, ui and uo are always pronounced as wa, we, wi and wo)

IN other words, the name of "G" in spanish is "G" like in english word "Great". but, it is pronounced in 4 ways: 1- when "e" or "i" are not after it. it is pronounced as "G" like in english word "Great".

2- when there is a vowel " e " or " i " after it. in such cases, it is pronounces as spanish "J" like in "general / Girar".

3- when we need to say "g" like in english "great", but after "G" there is a vowel of "e" or "i" which make ti " j". what con we do? for such cases, it is said that we place a "u" after the "g". it enable us to pronounce it as "g" (in sound like english "Great"); like : Guerra = war.

4- whan after "g" there is "u" and after this "u" there is a vowel of "e" or "i" and we need to prononce all of them in their original pronounciation. for this case, it is said thet wi put an is after it but the word is such that diaeresis mark ( ¨ ), on " u". like "nicaragüense = from Nicaraguay"
