¿Sois médicos?=Are you doctors?
No, no somos médicos. =No, we are not doctors.

It would be "No, no somos médicos" or just "No"

¿Soís medicos? the answer is simply yes or no if you are not doctors but you are nurses you would say No, somos enfermeras, and that is asuming that they are both/all females if not you would say enfermeros.
