This is what I was told when I went into a grocery store in Madrid and asked where the organic produce was ("¿Donde está las verduras organicas?") I was told, "No existe." This seems curious to me, because they do exist, the store just does not carry them. In English we would say, "We don't have them." It seemed a dramatic choice of words, but I heard it often.
Here is a picture that proves that no matter what the produce manager in the grocery store in Madrid says, organic produce does indeed exist.
