"Do you play the piano?" "No, but I DO play the guitar."

How does one express this emphasis in Spanish? I assume it may be inflection of voice, but how so?

Answers and thoughts, please? tongue laugh

¿Tocás el piano? No, pero toco la guitarra.

Para instrumentos musicales (To play a musical instrument) usamos Tocar.
