i want to translate this phrase into spanish but i'm unsure it translates correctly

'believe in yourself and your dreams will follow'

is this the correct translation and does it mean the same when written in spanish

'creer en ti mismo y tus sueños seguirán'

i think the way you wrote it may be right but her is another way

Cree en ti mismo y tus sueños te seguirán
