Hmmm....like a project that's being worked on and you want to know how it's coming along?
"¿Cómo va?"
Just a guess. Let's wait for a real answer 
Edit: I found this in the dictionary, but I'm not sure if it's commonly used --
how's the project coming along? = ¿qué tal marcha el proyecto?
