I discovered that all the women on SD are "drop dead gorgeous" and

Awfully nice, easy to talk to and do not cost a cent to take out .

And when they have a birthday one can give them the most outrageously

expensive presents without fear of being rejected. the added bonus of being able to

chat with people on skype in Spanish ,and to learn to speak and write in Spanish ,

not that I have achieved these yet , but I am young willing , eager and a liar.

So yes i have enjoyed every moment on SD , even though I am now viewed by my

friends in that other world , as being totally obsessed and one eyed ,

but what do they know , they only see me for 30 minutes a day,

the other 23 hours and 30 minutes I spend on SD.

Must dash it is time for "pod and wod of the day" Adios etc!

It is truly a wonderful platform on which to build, and even though I've completed the video lessons quite some time now, I still return almost every day to refer to the reference section or to see if there are any interesting forum questions and discussion which I could learn from further.

I got fired from my job for absenteeism as a result from spending too much time on SD.

My wife went on the site one time, saw a post from Gekkosan, and has left me in order to find where he lives and move there.

I've been evicted from my home and now must go on SD from the library.

The Dept of Homeland Defense suspects me of corresponding with "suspcious foreigners" and is shadowing my every move.

My mother saw a post from Ray76 and has divorced my father.

The FBI believes I am plotting with lorenzo to overthrow the US govt and is investigating me.

Other than that, I think SD has improved my life immeasurably!!

This site has helped me immensely, and I use it daily. There are always awesome people here that are willing to answer my questions or help proofread something I have written for school. Also, I always see excellent questions here about things I may not have thought about before that help me further my knowledge of the Spanish language. It's cool to see different peoples perceptions and explanations about different topics.

I can't say enough about this site. My Spanish needs a lot of help but with people like Heidi, Marianne, Jen, Laura, Cathy, Sandy, Sally, Samdie, Gary, Iza, Carlos (come back hombre), Eddy, Cassandra, Ian, Marie, Vaan (and the list goes on and on and on!!!), how can I go wrong?!! I've learned so much and will continue to learn as the years go on. smile Besos y abrazos a todos.....

I find it difficult to believe that you would call home from a Red Sox game to check.....maybe little league, but not the Red Sox. :) - Nicole-B, Apr 21, 2011
