"Quero" means "love" and "want"
I found it in both meanings i think, can someone explain the translation to me?

The verb is querer. In first person indicative, it's quiero.
It does mean both, as you have said. The translation depends on the context.

Quiero* (stem changes). From my understanding, "querer" can mean want, with objects, and love, with people. To me, it's not as much of a romantic love, as a friendly love, but I've seen it used both ways.
