Verification Code Problem

Question

I have tried lots of times. Verification Code in English and in Spanish. I clicked on the link from my email to enter the verification code and it keeps saying your verification code cannot be found. I cannot verify the account with the no. 950cea which is what I was send in my email.

I am sure you must think I am stupid, but could it just be that there is a mal function.
I am unable to verify the account with the code you have given me, in either English or Spanish.
