when should I use "enseñanos" ? Because I didn't see it in the verb conjugation table of the word "enseñar".

First of all you should say: "enséñanos"- accents are important. It´s imperative for "enseñar (a alguien)", 2nd person singular. You would translate it as: "show us" or "teach us" (it can mean both "to teach" or "to show"). If you want to say: "show me" or "teach me", you would say: "enséñame".

It comes from enseñar to tech.

enseña is the command form then you add "nos" - "us" like teach us

you can also put (instead of nos) me, te, lo, etc.
