¡Ay qué foto más bonita!
I have heard a few people try to say the English "wow" while speaking Spanish and it comes out "guau." I wouldn´t recomend this though. It sounds rediculous.

In Spanish, "Wow" is also often said, "Guau", which is pronounced almost exactly like "wow." (slight, almost imperceptible difference in the beginning sound). However, for this sentence, I think the other alternatives offered would work better.
So, maybe...
¡Guau, qué linda foto! (¡Wow, qué linda foto!)
