Is it like, I'm not messing with you? I'm being serious? Gracias.

Literally: "I'm not staying with you".

Why? That's how you say that. Me quedo en casa de Jeezle - I'm staying at Jeezle's. Me quedo en tu casa: I'm staying at your house. - Gekkosan, Apr 17, 2011
Wait, so it can't mean I'm not messing with you? or can it? Doesn't it have some figurative use? - jeezzle, Apr 17, 2011
I am not familiar with that use, no. - Gekkosan, Apr 17, 2011

I have a classmate from Galicia, and he's used "me estoy quedando contigo" to mean "I'm pulling your leg". Maybe one of our native Spaniards can confirm or refute this usage...
