Banca vs banquillo

Question

So the benches at work = banca (not banco I am told) and the one's at a football game are banquillo? Is there some rule to this, can you switch them up? Do I have it right? Gracias.

I have no definite answer for this one, but I think it's a matter of custom and local usage.

I am used to "bancos" for benches. Bleachers are "gradas" to me. The kind of bleachers that are like long, long benches without backrests may be "bancas".

To me a banquillo is more like a stool.
