By doing a seach in the forum, because it is a question that comes up far too often. And before you think there is a magic trick behind it, let me tell you that there are over half a million people on Earth who can pronounce it (more than twice the population in USA), so it cannot be that impossible to pronounce.
Again, please check the resource area and the forum before asking a 300 years old question.
