Good to see you too, well, let me exemplify a case where that would be acceptable:
Person 1. Mira encontré tu reloj. (Look, I found your watch).
Person 2. Loco, lo estaba buscando. (Man/dude), I was looking for it.

"Loco" is just another expression like "dude"; "man"; "mate", and so forth. There are lots of options in Spanish. - Gekkosan, Apr 16, 2011

Yes but in that sense is more like: (man/dude), I was looking for you!, although the use of "usted" form makes me think that he may not be necessarily his/her friend.
