What I make of it is not very sensible:
I (would be) to embark and ready
The guy is considering whether to buy a car and thinks he would be primed up and ready to go if he only had a car; going by bus (colectivo) is not the same thing is it?
By the way, would "¡máh!" be best handled as just a noise?

Would this be from a Mafalda cartoon, perhaps?
If this is what I'm thinking of, context is important, and it means something like:
"Aw heck, I'll go for it, and that's that!" (Because buying a car is expensive, and he's not sure that he can afford it).
