In my Spanish 100 course we learned simple adjectives that describe a person.
intelligent
excellent
nice
good
challenging or demanding
hard working
If you plug these into the dictionary you will have a start. Here on this forum we like students to give their effort first in Spanish. This back and forth helps us all to learn!
